Calibration and English KOLAS Certificates
TEKKAM provides calibration through partnerships with KOLAS-accredited institutions in Korea. On the buyer's request, units are calibrated before shipment and an English-language KOLAS calibration certificate can be issued and supplied with the equipment.
How to Order from India
1. Send your inquiry by EMAIL ONLY to sales@tekkam.com — due to the time difference between Korea and India, we do not take quotation inquiries by phone. Please be sure to include: your name, company/institution, and contact details, along with the brand, model number, quantity, and required specifications.
2. Receive a quotation after stock and history are verified in TEKKAM System.
3. Pre-shipment inspection: every unit is function-tested before dispatch; on the buyer's request, calibration with an English KOLAS certificate is supported.
4. Payment: 100% T/T in advance — shipment proceeds after payment confirmation.
5. Packing and shipment by DHL/FedEx international courier with full export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) — DAP terms: Indian import duties and taxes (BCD, IGST) are payable by the buyer. In-stock items are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
6. After-sales: 30-day functional warranty from delivery (functional failure under normal use only; misuse, modification, and customer-caused damage excluded).
